Is Lombok Really Perceived as Halal Tourism Destination? A Study of Tourist Satisfaction and Loyalty

Indonesia could take advantage of being the largest Muslim country in world by creating an attractive value proposition as a halal tourism destination. This study aims to determine effect how Islamic attributes estimation is perceived travellers and such perception influenced tourist satisfaction destination loyalty. Lombok was selected object since its appointment Indonesia�s A survey was completed 130 respondents who had visited Lombok. Using structural equation modelling, main results indicated that: 1) worship facilities; 2) halalness; 3) alcohol gambling free; 4) general morality, four formative dimensions Islamic attributes These sub-dimensions were perceived underlying factors affect and destination Tourist plays full mediating variable influenced tourists� findings advance our understanding Moslem domestic tourists the provision it trigger their behavioural intention future.
